This prenatal is great! The first one I haven’t had headaches from!
Switching to this formula was a game changer for me! I was just into my second trimester and the prenatal I had been on was seemingly not helping. So after seeking out a prenatal that was made with bio available ingredients I was so happy to have found Birdie & Co. I was instantly impressed by their ingredients as well as the trimester specific formulas they offered.

I loved the original version of this!! They recently changed the formula and I do not agree with the changes. It also requires four pills a day opposed to two and there is an awful smell and taste to them. I have reached out to the company multiple times to speak with someone and still have yet to receive a response. I ended up cancelling my subscription which was not easy in the slightest and discovered they are not easily searchable on social media or a web search anymore.
This is my 5th pregnancy. I have taken many prenatal vitamins in the past and they have all caused some negative side effect (stomach pain, constipation, etc). Because of the severe morning sickness with this pregnancy I began researching for cleaner alternatives and stumbled upon Birdie & Co. I decided to give it a try and was very pleased! The vitamins are so easy to take and easy on my stomach. It is also so convenient to get all that I need without taking an outrageous amount of vitamins per day especially since morning sickness lasted almost the entire pregnancy. The option to add on the extra support per trimester was also a huge draw for me. Now that I have had the baby I continue using the core prenatal and plan to add in the postpartum to this month’s order.
